ppbip Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, and How We Work Together

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "ppbip", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the ppbip platform accessible at ppbip.bio and all associated sub-pages and services.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any ppbip service in any capacity.
• "Account" — the individual player account created upon successful registration on ppbip, through which the Player accesses all platform services.
• "Platform" — the ppbip website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services operated under the ppbip brand.
• "Services" — all products, games, betting markets, promotional offers, and tools made available to registered Players through the Platform.
• "Funds" — real-money balances denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) held in a Player's account.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account subject to separate bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount or a specified sum must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Terms" — these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account on ppbip, by accessing any ppbip Service, or by placing any wager or making any deposit through the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use any ppbip Service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ppbip with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.

To open an account and use ppbip Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual private person and not as a representative, agent, or trustee of any third party.

• You have not previously been excluded from ppbip or had an account terminated for a violation of these Terms.

To access real-money Services on ppbip, you must complete the registration process and create a personal Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One account per player: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and update this information promptly should it change. ppbip is not responsible for losses arising from inaccurate account details.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ppbip will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Suspicious activity: You must notify ppbip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account verification: ppbip may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documentation may include government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.

All real-money transactions on ppbip are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). ppbip accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary at the time of transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time in the case of mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and within the processing time of the relevant institution for bank transfers.
• ppbip does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. You must only deposit funds that belong to you personally.
• ppbip does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which ppbip accepts no responsibility.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming purposes on the ppbip Platform and may not be used solely to cycle funds through the payment system.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their Account balance subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.
• ppbip targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a request being approved. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of the receiving payment provider.
• ppbip reserves the right to conduct verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. Requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• Bonus Funds and winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied.
• ppbip reserves the right to void and withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, manipulation, or a breach of these Terms.

ppbip offers a range of promotional incentives to registered Players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and above only.
• Each promotion is subject to a specific Wagering Requirement stated in the individual promotion's terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion.
• ppbip reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• A Player may only claim a particular welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion once. Duplicate Account holders attempting to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses will have all associated accounts and bonuses suspended.
• Bonuses have an expiry period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus Funds not used within the expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• ppbip reserves the right to reclaim Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines that a Player has exploited, abused, or circumvented the intention of a promotion.

All games available on the ppbip Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical dealing equipment streamed in real time. The following rules apply to all gaming activity on ppbip:

• Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing real-money wagers.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed result on a Player's screen and the result recorded on ppbip's servers, the server-side record shall be the authoritative record.
• ppbip shall not be liable for losses arising from technical errors, interrupted connections, or network failures on the Player's end. Partially completed games will be resolved based on the last confirmed server state.
• Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets placed after a decisive event has occurred but before the market is suspended are void.
• ppbip reserves the right to void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the market has been compromised.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppbip Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to obscure your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are placed on ppbip.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal purpose.
• Registering an account using false identity information or registering on behalf of another person.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after gaming activity has taken place.

ppbip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their activity. We take our duty of care seriously and offer the following safeguards as standard features of every Player Account:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary break from gaming of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Player's account is inaccessible for real-money activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take an extended break may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying the duration of their current session and net win/loss position.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of ppbip. Any unauthorised use of Platform intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal proceedings.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppbip's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform and Services shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ppbip shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside ppbip's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party platform failures, natural disasters, or government action.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials.
• Decisions made by a Player in reliance on information or statistics displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits ppbip's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

ppbip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on ppbip, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ppbip processes personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, regulatory compliance, and personalised promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. ppbip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to satisfy identity or age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• A Player's request for account closure or self-exclusion.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance requirement.

Upon permanent account closure for reasons other than a Player's own request, ppbip will return any verified real-money balance remaining in the account after deducting any amounts owed by the Player to ppbip, provided that no outstanding fraud or compliance investigation prevents such return. Bonus Funds and unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. ppbip operates as a platform providing entertainment services and does not make representations as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction other than those in which it operates.
